We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Specialised Solutions
Are you experienced in escorting high-value commodities or providing close protection services? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Specialised Solutions division. This role is ideal for someone with a background in high-risk, high-value security operations who is ready to transition into a dynamic business development role
Experience in escorting high-value commodities (e.g., cash-in-transit, precious metals, sensitive assets)
Background in close protection services
Strong network within the security, logistics, or high-risk sectors
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and client engagement
Customer support, proposals and solutions
Lead marketing initiatives and conduct cold calling to generate leads
Ensure sales growth in the SPECIALISED SOLUTIONS revenue streams
Client relationship management
Provide excellent customer service
Service knowledge pricing structure and service
Grade 12
Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
Minimum 5 -7 years’ Business Development experience preferably within Specialised
Solutions (Specialised Services offering)
Previous Solutions Design and Mitigation Case studies
Computer literate
Valid driver’s license & a reliable car
PSIRA registered
