Looking for Reversing Masters with code 14 license for SHUNTER DRIVER vacancies in Cato Ridge/Hammarsdale KZN.
Our Shunter drivers are skilled code 14 drivers who can effortlessly and quickly reverse and dock our 24m rigid container trailers onto our client's distribution centres inbound doors/bays for unpacking. Our shunter drivers are required to dock 20+ containers per shift to ensure daily unpacking lists are met, and only operate between our container yard and the clients we serve in a small local radius.
To be considered, you ...
* Must have a currently valid code 14/EC/EC1 license and valid PdP.
* Able to reliably work shifts in Cato Ridge/Hammarsdale area (our drivers work on a rotational day/night/midday shift system).
* Have residence within 50km of Keystone Industrial Park, Hammarsdale.
* Should have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role or with shunting rigid trailers (please ensure this is highlighted in your application).
* Able to come for reverse and docking testing (2 minute first time dock right requirement, alley left & right).
* Of sober habits - this is a zero-tolerance, first offence dismissal site and medical testing will include such screening as well.
* Wage rate of R63,23 per hour applies.
