Stock Controller Required – Durban – Glen Anil for a well-established company based in Durban

Requirements:

The main purpose of the position is to ensure the effective and efficient management of the warehouse and the Inbound / Outbound stock in all aspects, and to ensure that the Operations needs are efficiently and professionally always met.

Sage Evolution 200 Experience

Valid Driver’s License

Own transport

Strong personality

Ability to implement process and procedures

Responsibilities:

Warehouse and Inventory Management

Oversee the receiving and dispatching of all warehouse stock

Report any incorrect or damaged stock received

Maintain optimal stock levels through regular physical stock counts

Plan, coordinate and execute daily and Yearly stock takes

Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and stock control

Allocate bin locations and ensure proper packing and storage of items

Assist the Storeman with customer orders and verify all Blind and Shutter Inventory for accuracy

Confirming IBR and Delivery Notes

Ensure timely and accurate handover of customer orders to Installers and Subsidiaries and couriers

Manage Blinds / Shutters issued to installers and Accurate dispatching thereof

Monitor and control stock held by Installers and in their vehicles

Report stock-related issues and corrective action plans to the Branch Manager Head Office Warehouse

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organisation is always maintained

Perform additional tasks as required (ad hoc duties)

Stock Controller Environment for 3 Years Minimum

· Working Hours: 7am – 4:30pm
